Treatment Philosophy:
I concentrate on retraining the mind and body through manual interventions and exercise focused treatment in order to both restore and optimize mechanically sound movement patterns so that my patients can return to doing the activities they love without pain. By sharing knowledge and educating my patients, I empower them with the resources they need to continue to return to their favorite activities without recurrence of their symptoms.
