Treatment Philosophy:
When I was in school in Ukraine playing sports, I took a Latin course as a prerequisite for Biology. This one aphorism hasn't left my mind: "Mens sana in corpore sano", which means, "healthy body - healthy mind". One hour a day of activity can change your life!
