I utilize a combination approach of manual therapy and movement science interventions with a goal of making patients (and their bodies) feel heard. The best outcome is one that turns pain or injury into an opportunity to become better in some way, whether that is strength, mobility or just a new appreciation for exercise. This allows us to make changes that can be as effective and long-lasting as possible.
