Holly Benson
Office Manager

Born and raised in Southern California, Holly comes to SportsFit with 10 years of experience in the medical field. She started her career working in the Operating Room at Olive View UCLA Medical Center as a Surgical Assistant. From there she transitioned her career into medical sales and then into an outside sales career in Northern California. While she was enjoying traveling and building a territory, she realized she had a passion for her new role, training employees, but missed the medical field. With her new found passion for employee relations and love of medicine, she moved back to Southern California and decided to focus on her education. In 2010, she obtained a Masters Certificate in Human Resource Management from Villa Nova University and in 2011 became a Certified Administrative Medical Assistant from Boston Reed College. Shortly after she started working in Physical Therapy and knew she had found the right field to combine her love of working with people in medicine and employee relations.

Outside of work Holly can be found spending time with family and friends, attending baseball and hockey games, on weekend road trips, working in her garden or hiking.
