Treatment Philosophy:
My goal is to find the source of the problem and intervene there. This often starts with taking a big picture approach to determine which movement dysfunction is the driver of a patient’s pain or impairment. From there we can utilize a combination of manual treatment, neuromuscular re-education, and exercise prescription to correct faulty movement patterns, help a patient reach their goals, and prevent future injury.
